So, the next “occasion” would be the Valentine’s Day. I guess you, as a knitter, already decided that this “occasion” deserves special yarns which should be bought immediately. It is another serious reason for us, knitters, to visit some favorite places (I mean yarn shops). I can’t imagine shopping for yarn but only as a very relaxing experience. And if new colors “have just arrived” – what a magic words – the recipe has just gotten the final supreme ingredient. Anyway, life is short and unpredictable, so why not enjoy and cherish every single moment.

Actually every knitting project is a special occasion. And every project has its own meaning. Somebody will wear or at least use what you knitted. Somebody will feel appreciated, especially if she/he is aware of this time-consuming craft: knitting.
